Delete your YAYQ account

You can delete your account and all of your data at any time.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open YAYQ and tap the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Can't open the app?

Email support@yayq.com with the subject "Delete my YAYQ account", sent from the email address linked to your account (the one you used with Apple, Google or email sign-in). We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in link, and the name you chose
All your stories and messages, story memories, and diary entries
Your relationship progress with every character
Your hearts balance and purchase history in YAYQ

Data is removed from our active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. Reports you submitted about content are kept without your account ID for safety purposes. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records under their own policies.

Have a Club or Club+ membership? Deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Cancel it in your App Store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
